Events

An 'event' is classified as a booking of 9 or more people. If there is less then 9 participants please proceed standard booking page.

We cater for corporate, parties, schools, sports teams, hens / stags and can accommodate up to 24 people.

SUP yoga

We occasionally organise ad-hoc SUP YOGA sessions in the summer months when there is suitable demand.

Stand-up paddleboard (SUP) yoga is considered a good workout because it combines the benefits of yoga with the added challenge of balancing on a paddleboard. This can increase core strength, stability, and proprioception (awareness of one's body in space). Additionally, practicing yoga on a paddleboard can be a fun and unique experience that allows practitioners to connect with nature. It also can be a great way to get some exercise and fresh air outdoors.
